1. Explore Available Plans

  • Visit myunifi‑store.com and browse the Home or Business sections.
  • Choose from a range of broadband plans:
    • Home: options like 100Mbps at RM89/mth (3 months free), up to 2Gbps at RM319/mth +1.
    • Plans may include bundles with Netflix, Unifi TV, or standalone Internet +1.
    • Business: higher-speed packages (100Mbps to 2Gbps) with extras like free Wi‑Fi6 mesh box, DECT phone, voice services .

2. Check Service Coverage

  • On the homepage, use the Coverage Checker to confirm if your address qualifies for new installation.
  • Enter your street/building name, unit/block, name, and WhatsApp number, then click Check Coverage Now +1.

3. Fill Out the Application Form

For Home Plans:

  • Go to Apply Now under the Home section.
  • Select your desired package (e.g., 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 1Gbps, 2Gbps; with or without Netflix/Unifi TV) .
  • Provide personal details: full name, NRIC/passport number, mobile number, email, installation address, postcode, and state.
  • Choose a Preferred Installation Date.
  • Upload required documents:
    • IC (front and back) or passport
    • Utility bill (electric or water) .

For Business Plans:

  • Visit the Business Apply Now page.
  • Choose your business package (e.g., Biz 100Mbps, Exclusive 300Mbps, 2Gbps) .

  • New registrations require a one-time advance payment:
    • RM100 for Malaysians; RM500 for foreigners .
  • Standard installation is free for up to 50m of internal fibre cabling. Extra charges apply for non-standard requirements +1.
  • A minimum 24‑month subscription applies for all plans +1.
